We are always looking for ways to improve homebrewing. One of my “pet peeves” when brewing is that you rarely use the full 100g packet of hops. You more likely use 20g-30g of 3 or 4 varieties  so you are left with 3 or 4 open packs. Which, if you are like me, get left around – open to the air and losing their flavour and aroma. So I thought that a great solution would be if it came in a tin. So we thought: why not sell Dark Farm hops in a tin?! So that’s exactly what we are going to do.

This week we have been doing our design work and hopefully later on in May we will be ready for sale. Our tins will be sold individually or in batches. They are fully airtight and resealable, and like all our stuff look amazing! We have managed to get hold of some lovely 2017 hops from around the globe – Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Chinook, Crystal, Centennial and Bramling Cross.
