We’re very happy to announce that we’ll soon be stocking the new 27L FermZilla Conical Fermenter later in July 2019. Since we started selling the BrewZilla it only made sense to pair it up with its little sister FermZilla. Conical Fermenting total changed my brewing experience and improved results ten fold. It may cost more than a bucket, but I’ve definitely flushed far less beer since using one. Another great advantage of the FermZilla is that you can harvest your yeast. It only takes a couple of mashes to start seeing a return on this little beauty.

1. Larger Dump Valve – 3″ butterfly dump valve is more resistant to clogging from large amounts of trub
2. Larger Opening – 4.75″ top port opening allows for easier cleaning
3. Higher Temperature Rating – improved plastic resin allows for hot filling and heat sanitizing
4. Less Headspace – more appropriately sized for 5-gallon batches. Purging the headspace of oxygen is easier and more effective.
