What Shipping Methods Are Available?
You’ll get free postage and packing for orders over £65.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Generally, if we receive an order before 6pm we can despatch the next working day. Orders made on a Friday or a weekend will be sent on the Monday. Please allow up to 5 working days for UK delivery after despatch (though it might reach you sooner).
Upgrade to ‘next day despatch’ and we’ll send out your order the next working day by 24 hr courier. (UK addresses only)
Do You Ship Internationally?
We to ship throughout Europe via DHL. Please get in contact if you which to order outside of the Europe

All payments are made on our secure online service provided by Square.
Is Buying Online Safe?
Yes, buying online on our site is very safe. We use Square, one of the latest and most secure payment gateways. All your data is kept safe and we do not sell or pass on personal information to third parties.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Ordering online is simple. Find the product you want, select the variation (if there’s one) and the quantity you wish to order. Add the item to the basket and follow the instructions. If you are having difficulties we can take your order over the phone.
Do I need an account to place an order?
All orders will automatically generate an account so you can track and retrieve your order information at any time.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We tend to get the orders out as soon as we can, so if you do want to change or cancel your order, please get in touch immediately.
How Do I Track My Order?
All large orders sent by courier will be tracked. If you don’t receive an email from the courier, please get in touch with us.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return any product, but you are liable for shipping. If the product is damaged in transportation please get in contact. If the item is unwanted it must be in an unused state when it’s returned to qualify for a full refund.
