Homebrew Recipe: Doppelbock

This recipes uses the goodies from The Hop Club subscription box, issue 09, Autumn 2021. First up is Hallertau Mittelfrüh (AA: 3-5%), a classic noble aroma hop with floral, earthy notes. Then you’ve got Mandarina Bavaria (AA: 7-10%) – a daughter of Cascade, with noble and citrus characteristics. To complement those we’re using Einstein dried yeast from WHC Labs, specially selected for the fermentation of lager and pilsner type beers.
