FermZilla Home-Brewing Conical Fermenter

FermZilla is a unique plastic conical fermenter for self-brewing. If you want to see your fermentation, drop the trunk, collect the yeast, or even carbonate it in a single container without transfer or siphon, this is a perfect choice. Made of transparent PET, FermZilla has the classic advantage of a cone and does not require stainless steel. By eliminating the need to place the beer in a secondary container, it makes it possible for oxidation-reduction.

The FermZilla fermenter has a standard lid with an integrated plug and an airlock. The bottom of the cone has a butterfly valve with a 500 ml collecting vessel. This facilitates the removal of yeast from the bottom of the fermentation tank without exposing the beer to oxygen. Convenient harvest containers also allow you to keep the yeast for the next batch! The drain valve is easy to clean because it is designed in a way in which the user cannot immerse the threads in the liquid. Other fermenters use ball valves, which makes cleaning very difficult if the ball valve remains assembled.

After four years of research and development, FermZilla is now available. You can reduce esters to allow hotter fermentation than usual. If you transfer the beer, you can place it directly in a small bucket or another pressure vessel with low oxygen content.
