Many people are converting over to electric brewing systems allowing brewing indoors and even in quite confined spaces. At the same time they have to struggle with how to get rid of all the steam created during the brewing process, especially during the boil part of the brew process. In some cases, it is impossible or unreasonable to install fan-based exhaust system to vent that steam. Moisture collecting on your walls and ceiling, which can cause mold issues.
