Okay, we couldn’t have an issue talking about additions and leading up to Christmas without a festive brew or two.

We were introduced to this beauty, “Bad Santa” APA by one of our founder members. Dave and his motley crew have banded together to form a beer club in Shrewsbury called The Beer Foundry. At selected weekends they mash up a brew, and I’m hazarding a guess that there’s a lot of “sampling” in between to inspire their next beer-making weekend (Am I right, fellas?). Each are armed with a Dark Farm 5L mini keg to share their rewards at the end.

Vanilla Bean, 1 (Boil)
Cherry extract, 350ml (Secondary)
Irish Moss
