So, this was a last minute addition to this issue. I was inspired by a recent pint in the local. I am very fortunate as not only is the pub a stone’s throw from the Dark Farm HQ (coincidence, perhaps not?), but it also has a great selection of ever rotating ales on tap. On this occasion, they had a bitter – not my usual choice but I was in the mood, it was a Sunday and it felt, you know, right. A light, smooth and well balanced flavour, not over carbed. I think it could be my new favourite brew.
